Xenos signs i-TransAct as Value Added Reseller (VAR)

Geographic coverage for Xenos products is extended to Asian regions

TORONTO, Ontario, June XX 2002: Xenos (TSE.XNS), the data to e-content company? today appointed i-TransAct as a non-exclusive VAR for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and India. This relationship will enhance i-TransAct's ePayments and transaction security solutions. The i-Transact solutions enable companies and individuals to capitalize on real-world, e-commerce and m-commerce opportunities.

i-TransAct has developed solutions for integrated financial services over multiple communication channels, for securities trading and electronic bill presentment and payments. i-TransAct is staffed by a team of experienced individuals who have been directly involved in projects involving payments infrastructures at prominent regional financial institutions and online trading infrastructure within the Asia-Pacific (notably Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India). Their solutions support business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), government-to-government (G2G) and peer-to-peer (P2P) models to automate financial transactions securely over multiple communication channels.

The Xenos d2e Platform suite of products provides an excellent complementary offering for i-TransAct.
